Rotary Centennial Pond

  • Discovery Landing overlooks the Rotary Centennial Pond, a 10,000 square-foot year-round water feature. In the spring, summer and fall it is a reflective pool ideal for model sail boating and in winter it offers free recreational ice-skating on an artificial ice surface.

Staff are currently at work making ice and getting things ready for another great season at the Rotary Centennial Pond!  Our planned first skate of the season is Friday, December 12 from 8-10pm, with the first full day of skating planned for Saturday December 13 from 10am-10pm.

Please note that these start dates are weather permitting, so be sure to check the Ice Conditions Hotline for updates - 905-634-7263.

As always, there are indoor skating opportunities as well - please visit www.burlington.ca/skating for details.
