  • CD-22-07 Report concerning that status of the Official Plan Amendment and rezoning applications by Smart Centres Management Inc.   • CD-23-07 Report recommending refusal of an Official Plan Amendment and rezoning applications to permit the redevelopment of the property located on the east side of Appleby Line and south of the Ontario Hydro Corridor (PL-3/07, January 26, 2007)
  • CD-24-07 Report recommending approval of a rezoning application to permit a low density infill development at the rear of 944 to 980 Shadeland Avenue, consisting of up to 16 detached units, as a proposed future vacant land condominium (PL-19/07, February 2, 2007).
