Welcome to Halton Court Services

In early 2001 the responsibility for court scheduling, administration, enforcement and prosecution of Provincial Offences Act (POA) charges was transferred from the Ministry of the Attorney General to the municipal partners of Burlington, Oakville, Halton Hills and Milton.

The Provincial Offences Courts in Halton are a division of the City of Burlington Legal Department and the municipal partners have named this division Halton Court Services on behalf of the partnership.

Halton Court Services administers POA court services within the Halton area through two locations: one each in Burlington and Milton.
