Business Licences, Permits and Property Information Requests

Please ensure that your application, renewal, or request for a business licence, permit or property information meets all the regulations. In order to do so, please read the rules and regulations for Business Licences, Permits and Property Information Requests.

The City of Burlington generally will not refund fees paid for licence and permits.

The conditions regarding refunds of building permit fees are indicated in the Building Permit By-Law.

Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sundays: Closed
