  • CD-72-08 Report recommending the assumption of Mattamy Phases 6, 7 and 8 Subdivision (E-15/08, April 16, 2008).

  • CD-73-08 Report recommending approval for tree removals on the east and west sides of Cedar Springs Road to allow for the replacement of the box culvert at Kelly’s Creek (E-34/08, April 30, 2008).

DELEGATION ITEM:

  • CD-74-08 Report recommending refusal of a variance to Sign By-law 34-2007 to permit an increased total ground sign area – 569 Maple Avenue, Vince Molinaro (PL-46/08, April 17, 2008).

REGULAR AGENDA:

  • CD-75-08 Report concerning Phase 2 Stormwater Management (SWM) Issues (COMSERV-3/08, May 15, 2008).

  • CD-76-08 Report recommending approval to designate the property at 6103 Guelph Line, Burlington (Thomas Pickett Octagonal House), pursuant to Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18 and to enter into a heritage conservation easement agreement with the property owners (PL-34/08, March 19, 2008).
