Holiday Break Programs
Great programs, camps, events, swimming & skating during Burlington school holidays.
The City of Burlington offers great holiday break programs available for children and youth of all ages and ability levels. We offer Drop-In programs, programs for preschoolers, children, children with disabilities, youth and much more. Drop-In Programs
Drop-In Family Gym
Burn off some energy and enjoy active time with your preschooler. Drop by the gym and play with our toys and equipment. Great for grandparents, daycare providers or parents who want to bring more than one child to the same program! Adult must attend
Drop-In fee: $3.10/ child & parent; $2.10/ additional sibling

Holiday Drop-In Basketball (12-18 yrs)
Come shoot some hoops with your friends over the holidays. Must show your student identification card. Limited basketballs available.

Preschoool and Children Programs
Santa's Lunch (1-5 yrs)
Santa is coming to Brant Hills! Visit with Santa & enjoy lunch. Children will have the opportunity to sit on Santa's knee and tell him how good they've been all year. Don't forget to bring your camera. Tickets go on sale November 22nd at Brant Hills Community Centre.
Tickets are $5.00/child and must be purchased in advance

Holiday Preschool Camp (3-5 yrs)
An Action Packed full day program with fun themes every day. Let your child use their imagination all day long in the fun preschoool room at Tansley Woods. Games, crafts and much more! Extended care available.

Holiday Camp (5-10 yrs)
A great opportunuty for kids to get creatve and have fun over the holidays. This program includes daily swimming, active gym time, outdoor activities, crafts and much more! Extended care available. Dont' forget your swimming gear each day!

Holiday Extended Care
Extende care Hours 7:30-9am or 4-5:30pm. Extended care is available for all holiday programs out of Tansley Woods Community Centre.
Drop-In Fee: $6.00 pay-as-you-go per child
Camps for children and teens with disabilities
Holiday camp (with disabilities)
Join us for a creative and fun program over the holidays for children with disabilities. This program is staffed by our summer camp staff and incldues special guests, daily swimming, active gym time and much more. Staff ratio is 1:1 or 1:8 for extra support. Make sure you pack your swimming gear each day.

Holiday O2 Camp (13-21yrs)
Join us for a creative and fun program over the holidays for teens with disabilities. Friends and siblings welcome. Program is staffed by summer camp staff and includes special guests, daily swimming, active gym time and much more.

Holiday camps for Youth
Home Alone (9-12 yrs)
Designed to prepare children to stay home alone or with a sibling for a short period of time. Topics cover safety, expectations and responsibilities. Parents are asked to stay for the first hour to discuss things to consider and expectations for youth.

Babysitter's Training (12-16yrs)
Youth will be trained in childcare, child development, safety, their rights and responsibilities and more. This program follows the guidelines of the Canada Safety Council and participants receive a Babysitter's Certificate upon completion.
