Open to youth and teens age 13- 21 who enjoy music. The band can offer you:

Practices are held twice weekly all year round on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. The Band travels extensively during the parade season making from 80 to 100 appearances annually. Most members also attend weekly private lessons offered through the instrumental program.

Junior Redcoats - You'll have a BLAST!
(9 - 13 years old)
Youngsters enrolled in an instrumental music program may join the Junior Redcoats . . . the feeder group for Burlington's internationally famous Burlington Teen Tour Band. Junior Redcoats practice Saturday mornings from September through June, and perform in public a minimum of five times annually.
Music Lessons - For Ages 9 - Adults
At the age of nine, youngsters become eligible to register in the instrumental program, which offers weekly private lessons for: trumpet, trombone, clarinet, drums, flute, saxophone, tuba and French horn. Lessons run from September to the end of June.

Burlington Concert Band - From Bach to Rock!
Adults who enjoy music as a hobby are welcome to join the Concert Band which rehearses Monday evenings year round. All members of the public are welcome to join, whether they are novices or experienced musicians. For information go to www.burlingtonconcertband.ca.
Silver Swing Dance Band
The Silver Swing Dance Band is based in the Burlington Music Centre and is associated with the Burlington Seniors' Centre. Rehearsals are at the Music Centre on Thursday afternoons. For information call 905-648-2802
