Which Lane is Best for You?

Our lap swims are divided into 3 areas: slow lane, medium lane and fast lane. Your lane selection will depend on the speed of the other swimmers in the pool. Always start in the shallow end and please take a moment to observe the pace of swimmers before choosing your lane. Please check in with a lifeguard if you require assistance.
