20th Anniversary of Twinning with Itabashi, Japan

Burlington proudly hosted Mayor Sakamoto and official delegates from the City of Itabashi, Japan on September 19 to 22, 2009. A citizens group of 20 and the renowned Itabashi Taiko Drum Band and Elsa Dance Group of 12 performers visited Burlington.
