BURLINGTON, ON – Looking for ways to keep your children busy and interested during the March Break? The City of Burlington is offering a variety of recreational activities for children and youth of all ages between March 16 and 20 when schools are closed.
Recreational activities for youth of all ages and abilities will be available at pools and arenas across the city offering fun-filled day camps, theme days, sports activities, swimming, skating, creative games and crafts, special guests and interactive workshops keeping children active with a wide array of recreation programs and events.
Be sure to check out Brant Hills and Tansley Woods community centres for a host of themed full and half day camps and drop-in sessions for kids ages three to 18. The camps consist of active games, creative crafts and amazing activities. Special guests and trips make the week extra special. You can register for select camps for the full week or for individual days.
Babysitter’s and Home Alone training sessions are also offered at Tansley Woods Community Centre as well as a special five day March Break swimming lesson blitz. Special public skating hours for families, adults and special needs are also being offered at city arenas.
