Doors Open events can not happen without the help of volunteers.  If you would like to meet and greet people, learn about Burlington's culture and have fun, join us!  ...Even if it's just for a few hours.

We are looking for community-minded individuals - secondary school students completing their community hours, college and university students, retirees, heritage enthusiasts, community groups and anyone else who is interested in helping out with this exciting community event.  Event volunteers will assist with welcoming visitors, interpreting maps, directing individuals to the various Doors Open sites, and providing advice on where to eat and park.

We are looking for: Greeters, Tour Guides and Survey Takers

Volunteers will be expected to attend two orientation sessions:
1. Tuesday, March 30th , 2010, 7 – 9 pm
2. Monday, May 31st, 2010, 7 – 9 pm
Each session will be held at the Burlington Public Library, Central Branch in Centennial Hall.
