Official Plan Amendment Requirements
Applicant must submit the following with their application submission:
- Completed Preconsultation Agreement in conjunction with appropriate Planning staff;
- One copy of the application form with original signatures;
- Eight additional copies of the Application forms;
- Eight copies of the information/reports as requried on the Preconsultation and Application forms. The nature of the information/reports varies with the type of land use proposed and the existing land use and topographic features;
- A CD containing PDF versions of all technical reports;
- Eight sets of plans and one Autocad or GIS Shape File on a CD;
- Where the scale or nature of the land use changes appear to require a large number of agencies to be consulted, additional copies of the application may be required.
