Accessible Service

Burlington Transit can assist passengers who may have difficulty climbing the stairs on a bus due to the use of a mobility aid, an injury or even if you're pushing a child in a stroller. Low floor buses can be lowered to curb level and deploy a ramp making them fully accessible to all our passengers. All of our regular service route schedules are serviced by an accessible bus. 

Handi-Van is a service offered by Burlington Transit for people with functional disabilities who have been approved for transportation by the Handi-van Advisory Committee. To learn more about Handi-Van, click on the preceding link.
