Lost & Found

If you’ve lost, or found, an item on Burlington Transit, please call BusLINE 905-639-0550 or visit our Downtown Transit Terminal located 430 John Street, Monday-Friday from 7am – 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm and 2pm – 6pm. You may also send an inquiry through our transit mailbox contactbt@burlington.ca

Lost items will be stored for a period of 30 days. Any items left unclaimed after this period of time will be donated to local charities.
