Application for Changes or Additions to Existing Licensed Areas
Changes or additions to existing licensed areas require an application to the City of Burlington Building Section. If changes are being made to the building and there is an increase in occupant load or a patio being added then this is treated like an original Liquor Sales Licence Application.
Applications packages are available on the AGCO Website. One of the application requirements is clearance from the Municipality called a Municipal Information Form. The City of Burlington Planning and Building Department, Building Section circulates this request to all other departments for clearance. Turnaround time for comments is 5 business days.
