The Community Services Committee meets every third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Burlington Council Chambers and reports to Council on:
- matters under the jurisdiction of the Community Services Division comprised of Parks & Recreation, Burlington Transit and Burlington Fire Department
- matters arising from the following boards, citizen committees and citizen advisory committees:
- Burlington Performing Arts Centre
- Burlington Cycling Committee
- Burlington Mundialization Committee
- Burlington Transit Advisory Committee (BTAC)
- Civic Recognition Committee
- Heritage Umbrella Group (HUG)
- Burlington Seniors Advisory Committee (BSAC)
- Burlington Museums Board
- Tourism Burlington
- Burlington Arts Centre Board
