The Community Services Committee meets every third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Burlington Council Chambers and reports to Council on:

• matters under the jurisdiction of the Community Services Division comprised of Engineering, Parks & Recreation, Transportation Services and Roads & Parks Maintenance Departments;
• the purchase and sale of other disposable or City owned lands.
• matters arising from the following boards, citizen committees and citizen advisory committees:
  • Burlington Accessibility Advisory Committee (BAAC) 
  • Burlington Crime Prevention Committee
  • Burlington Cycling Committee
  • Burlington Inclusivity Advisory Committee (BIAC)
  • Burlington Mundialization Committee
  • Burlington Public Library Board (BPL)
  • Burlington Transit Advisory Committee (BTAC)
  • Civic Recognition Committee
  • Heritage Umbrella Group (HUG)
  • Mayor's Seniors Advisory Committee (MSAC)
  • Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee (MYAC)
  • Burlington Waterfront Access and Protection Advisory Committee

It shall be the duty of the Community Services Committee to meet as required in speical purpose daytime meetings on matters within the jurisdiction of the Community Services Division.
