Burlington Ticket Books:
Forms are available for pick up at either the Burlington or Milton Provincial Offences courts. If large quantities are required, contact the Supervisor at either court to place an order in advance.
Anyone between the ages of 12 and 15 years is deemed a Young Person under section 93 of the Provincial Offences Act. When the Province transferred the administration of provincial offences to the Halton municipalities, the Province retained jurisdiction over young persons. Therefore these matters are heard in the Ontario Court of Justice that is administered by the Province. Contact the Ministry of the Attorney General at 905-878-4165 for further information.
Agency Intake is available:
NOTE: Contact Halton Court Services or check the News Section of this website for any scheduling changes due to Intake Court closures.
Notices of Trial will be prepared by courts administration and forwarded to each enforcement agency within 2-3 weeks of a request for trial.
You may contact either the Milton Supervisor or Burlington Supervisor (see contact information above) regarding any court calendar inquiries.
