- Fill out a Notice of Intention to Appear form and indicate the language you require.
- File your NIA in person within 15 days of receiving the ticket at the POA court location indicated on the back of your ticket.
- Please note that it is an offence to make a false statement regarding the requirement for an Interpreter on the NIA.
- Fill out Option Two (Early Resolution - Meeting with Prosecutor) on the back of your ticket and indicate the language you require.
- Forward your completed ticket either by mail or in-person within 15 days of receiving your ticket to the Provincial Offences Court location indicated on the back of your ticket.
