Laughter, friendship ans fun! an intergrated program for children with and without a disability. A typical day is filled wit: daily swimmig, weekly trips and special guests. We offer staff ratios 1:8. Before and After care is available at an additional fee from 7:30am-9:00am and 4:00-5:30pm. These are some of the exciting activities that will be planned for your child: weekly trips, crafts, games, special events, daily swimming, air conditioned facility, outdoor play and programming that sets kids up for success.
Outdoor Opportunity Program (O2) (13-21yrs)
A breath of fresh air! An outdoor program for teens and young adults. A great way to meet new friends. A typical week is filled with: daily swimming, cool weekly trips, sports, crafts and special guests. Before and after care is available for working parents. Join the adventure in this great outdoor program. Well-trained staff and volunteers will be attentive for your youth and young adults needs. The outdoor room features a shaded structure, an activity area, seating and access to Nelson Pool and basketball courts.
Adult Outdoor Opportunity Program (AO2) (21yrs+)
In conjunction with Community Living Burlington, AO2 participants will enjoy age appropriate recreational activities with an emphasis on lifes-kill development utilizing the community abroad. Participants at AO2 will be welcome to swim every day at Nelson Pool. This program is for individuals with a disability and a 1:5 ratio is provided.
