Oaths and Declarations
The Clerks Department provides a Commissioner of Oaths for such documents as affidavits, vehicle transfers and pension forms. The fee per signature is $28.30 + HST = $32.29/signature with the exception of pension forms charged at a fee of $19.05 + (HST) = $21.52/signature
Except for statutory and other holidays, commissioner of oaths services are provided on the following days;

Requirements
