Elgin Park Site Design

City staff prepared a report recommending approval of the design and layout of the Roads & Parks Maintenance facility, Apeldoorn feature and playground at Elgin Park. The report is being presented to the June 20 Community Services Committee. The meeting begins at 6:30pm at City Hall in Council Chambers.

There are a number of ways you can provide your input:

3.   Attend one of the following meetings as a delegate to have your views heard:

Community Services Committee - June 20, 6:30 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers
If you would like to speak to the committee, you must register as a delegation by contacting the committee clerk, Lisa Palermo, at 905-335-7600 x 7492 or by registering online. You have up to 10 minutes to speak and must register by noon on June 20.

City Council - July 3, 7 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers
The report will be presented at City Council on July 3 for final approval. If you can't attend the June 20 meeting and would like to speak to members of council, you can attend the July 3 meeting. You must register as a delegation by contacting Jo-Anne Rudy at 905-335-7698. Delegations to City Council have 5 minutes to speak and must register by noon on July 3.
