Renovation Project
The project is for improvements for Central Arena. The work includes insulating the existing arena building envelope of approximately 11,863 square feet.
In August 2012 the City submitted this project for financial assistance under the new Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund (CIIF) Program. The submission included improvements to the building envelope (CSI-18-12). The project was approved for funding assistance of $300,000 where the Federal Government has given 33.3 percent of the total project cost funded from this program in the amount of $99,900 (CIIF-C0094 Upgrading and Improvements to the Central Arena).
Anticipated completion will be August of 2013.
