Handi-Van

Welcome to Handi-Van, a door-to-door transit service offered by Burlington Transit to people with physical disabilities. This service is offered to persons who have been approved for transportation by the Handi-Van Advisory Committee.

Fares

Cash - $3.00
Strips of 10 tickets - $27.50*
* Handi-Van tickets can be purchased from our Handi-Van drivers, at the Downtown Transit Terminal (430 John Street) or the Burlington Transit Administration office  (3332 Harvester Road.) You may purchase them by cash or cheque.

Handi-Van trips can be booked during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8am – 4pm) by calling 905-639-5158 for trip scheduling during the following times:

 

Monday to Friday - Service from: 7:30am to 10:30pm
Saturday – Service from: 9am to 10:30pm
Sunday – Service from: 9am to 5:30pm
