Residential uses shall not be permitted on the second floor.

2.

Regulations:

(a)

On site parking shall be required for any commercial or office uses located above the ground floor level at the rate of 1 space per 60 m2 of gross floor area.

(b)

Side yard:

no minimum

(c)

Yard abutting Pearl Street and Elizabeth Street:

Floors 2 & 3:   6 m
Floors 4 & 5:   9 m

Except as amended herein, all other relevant provisions of the By-law, as amended, apply.
