The provisions of Exception number 344 shall apply, except as follows:

1.	Regulations:
	Parking lot:	Shall be set back 0.6 m from a DRL zone.
	Parking:	5 spaces of which two shall be reserved for the apartment units.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
