Lot Width:  55 m

Lot Area:  .35 ha

Building Height:  1 storey maximum

Parking:  not permitted between Pinedale Ave. and the most northerly building elevation

Standard, Fast Food, Convenience Restaurants:

Not permitted within 30 m of Appleby Line or Pinedale Avenue.

Restaurant Drive Through Facilities:

Drive through pick up windows are not permitted in building elevations facing a street

Intercom ordering stations are only permitted in the easterly side yard

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
