	- catalogue retail establishment	- curtains and draperies
	- floor coverings	- furniture
	- hardware	- household appliances
	- interior decorating centre	- sample or showroom
	- second-hand shop	- swimming pools - sales and service
	- tailor	- taxidermist
	- union halls	- upholsterer
	- veterinary service	- antique shop and refinishing
	- automobile parts and accessories	- kitchen and bathroom centre
	- laundries, cleaners, pressers or dyeing plant	- paint, glass and wallpaper
	- radio and television	- sporting goods
	- florist	- hobby shop
	- video rental	- camera and photographic supplies
	- gifts and novelties	- nursery or garden centre
	- sale and rental of machinery and equipment except Heavy Construction Equipment
	- building and construction material
	- hotel, subject to footnote (e) of Part 3, Table 3.2.1
	- retail uses between 1800 m² to 5600 m² in floor area where food prducts are not the principal goodle retailed
2.	Regulations
	Building Height: No maximum Floor Area Ratio: Where the principal use is an office use, the maximum floor area ratio for all uses on the lot shall be 0.5:1.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
