Office Uses

All Office uses

All permitted uses are subject to the following regulations:

Lot Area (minimum)

2.4 ha

Floor Area

Office Building

minimum of 85% of the total floor area of the site

Fast Food Restaurant

maximum floor area of 15% of office building total floor area

Landscape Strip

Abutting Harvester Road

Except as amended herein, all other relevant provisions of this By-law 2020, as amended, shall apply.
