A Motor Vehicle Repair Garage shall not be permitted in a free-standing building located in the south-east quadrant of the property as shown on Diagram 64. An Assembly or Banquet Hall shall not be permitted in a free-standing building located in the south-east quadrant of the property as shown on Diagram 64. One free standing Fast Food Restaurant having a maximum floor area of 511 m2 may be located in the south east quadrant of the property as shown on Diagram 64. A maximum of 2 restaurant drive through facilities may be located within area 'A' on Diagram 64. Drive through facilities for all uses, except those associated with a restaurant are prohibited in the south-east quadrant of the property as shown on Diagram 64. | ||

Building setback from any property line shall be a minimum of 28 m, except that enclosures for loading docks and garbage compactors may encroach into the minimum setback area to the north. | ||

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-Law, as amended, shall apply. |
