(1)

In addition to the uses permitted in an "H" zone the following uses are also permitted:

All uses permitted in an UCR1 zone

Regulations:

Maximum floor area of commercial retail unit: 7,432 m2

Parking lots are not permitted in the area bounded by Appleby Line, Upper Middle Road/Ontario Hydro Corridor and intersecting lines measured 30 m from and parallel to Appleby Line and 45 m from and parallel to Upper Middle Road/Ontario Hydro Corridor

A minimum of 4 principal uses is required in the combined areas zoned H-UCR1-74 and H-UCR2-75

Maximum retail commercial floor area in the combined areas zoned H-UCR1-74 and H-UCR2-75: 26,476 m2

Upon removal of the 'H' Holding symbol, the following shall apply:

(a)

In addition to the UCR1 zone regulations, the following shall apply:

Maximum floor area of each commercial retail unit:  7,432 m2

Parking lots are not permitted in the area bounded by Appleby Line, Upper Middle Road/Ontario

Hydro Corridor and intersecting lines measured 30 m from and parallel to Appleby Line and 45 m from and parallel to Upper Middle Road/Ontario Hydro Corridor.

Maximum retail commercial floor area in the combined areas zoned UCR1-74 and UCR2-75:  27,500 m2

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-Law, as amended shall apply.
