LOT COVERAGE |
|
Lot coverage shall be 50% maximum, including detached garages, accessory buildings and accessory structures. |

|
Parking shall be provided in accordance with Part 1, Subsection 2.25, "Off Street Parking and Loading Requirements." |

ENCROACHMENTS | |

In addition to Part 1, Subsection 2.13, the following shall apply: | ||

(a) |
Covered porches are permitted to encroach a maximum distance of 1.5 m into the front yard and side yard abutting a street. | |

(b) |
Where the side yard is less than 1.2 m, the encroachment shall be no closer than 60 cm to the lot line. | |

(a) |
Residential building height shall be provided in accordance with Part 1, Subsection 2.31, RESIDENTIAL BUILDING HEIGHT. | |
