23.2

LOT COVERAGE

Lot coverage shall be 50% maximum, including detached garages, accessory buildings and accessory structures.

 

23.3

PARKING

 

Parking shall be provided in accordance with Part 1, Subsection 2.25, "Off Street Parking and Loading Requirements."

 

23.4

ENCROACHMENTS

In addition to Part 1, Subsection 2.13, the following shall apply:

(a)

Covered porches are permitted to encroach a maximum distance of 1.5 m into the front yard and side yard abutting a street.

 

(b)

Where the side yard is less than 1.2 m, the encroachment shall be no closer than 60 cm to the lot line.

 

23.5

BUILDING HEIGHT

(a)

Residential building height shall be provided in accordance with Part 1, Subsection 2.31, RESIDENTIAL BUILDING HEIGHT.

 

23.6

DRIVEWAYS AND GARAGES

Notwithstanding Part 1, Subsection 2.24, the maximum driveway width shall be 3 m.

 

Lots west of Walker's Line:
-    The width of a garage shall lnot exceed 50% of the total front face of the dwelling.
-    Driveways shall not be wider than the width of the garage.
