LOT COVERAGE |

|
Lot coverage shall be 50% maximum, including detached garages, accessory buildings and accessory structures. |

ENCROACHMENTS |
|

In addition to Part 1, Subsection 2.13, the following shall apply: |

(a)
|
Covered porches are permitted to encroach a maximum distance of 1.5 m into the front yard and side yard abutting a street. |

(b)
|
Where the side yard is less than 1.2 m, the encroachment shall be no closer than 60 cm to the lot line. |

23.6 |
DRIVEWAYS AND GARAGES |
|
|
Notwithstanding Part 1, Subsection 2.24, the maximum driveway width shall be 3 m. |

Lots west of Walker's Line: - The width of a garage shall lnot exceed 50% of the total front face of the dwelling. - Driveways shall not be wider than the width of the garage. |
