ENCROACHMENTS | |

Covered porches are permitted to encroach a maximum distance of 1.5 m into the front yard and side yard abutting a street. | |

(b) |
Where the side yard is less than 1.2 m, the encroachment shall be no closer than 60 cm to the lot line. | |

The number of townhouse units per block shall not exceed 8 (eight). | |
